Metabolic Avocado Fries Recipe

AVOCADO FRIES AT THEIR HEALTHIEST!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ripe avocados

  • Coconut flour

  • Unsweetened light coconut milk (canned)

  • Nutritional yeast

  • Garlic powder

  • Sea salt

HOW TO
  • Heat oven to 350F

  • De-pit & cut the avo in to 1/2 inch slices

  • Fill one small bowl half way with coconut flour, pinch of garlic powder & sea salt

  • Fill second small bowl half way with coconut milk

  • Fill third small bowl half way with nutritional yeast

  • Dip first in flour, second in milk, third in nutritional yeast

  • Place on baking tray w/ parchment paper

  • Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown)

  • Let cool for 5 min & serve with your fav dipping sauce!
